3rd Annual Procrastinator’s 4/20 Party in Madison

In stereotypical stoner fashion, we spaced out and didn’t plan our party in time.

Regardless, on Saturday April 23rd Bierock will host its third annual Procrastinator’s 4/20 Party, benefitting the ACLU of Wisconsin.

It’s an opportunity to celebrate all things marijuana with cannabis-themed beers, be it innuendo or implied.

We’ll have a toast at 4:20 p.m., and for the rest of the night, $1 from each of our featured beers will go toward the ACLU, the American Civil Liberties Union, which works on marijuana law reform.

THE LINEUP

Our lineup of beers on tap includes…

  • Shorts Psychedelic Cat Grass
  • Pearl Street Smokin’ Hemp Porter
  • Saugatuck Cottonmouth Crusher
  • Sweet Water 420 Strain G13
  • Third Space Light It Up
  • Fair State Big Doinks
  • Abita Purple Haze

We also secured one case of Lagunitas The Waldos Special Ale. We’ve got 24 bottles, and when they’re gone, they’re gone.

And we’re also featuring an optional infusion of Wisconsin’s own Grassy Barn CBD oil to any drink.

Timeline

Shortly before our toast at 4:20, we’ll have have opening remarks by Wisconsin state senator Melissa Agard regarding marijuana law reform.

Then at 8:00 p.m., we’re showing the movie Reefer Madness on our big projection screen TV. A propaganda film from 1936, it remains a cult classic.

So join us to support the legalization of marijuana in Wisconsin and the repeal of federal prohibition.

Bierock will have its full food and drink menu available the day of the event.

Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
