A tradition unlike any other: Pimento cheese sandwiches during The Masters.
From Thursday April 7 through Sunday April 10, Bierock will serve the iconic pimento cheese sandwiches that have become part of Masters lore.
It’s simple yet delectable. We spread our popular house-made pimento cheese—the same we serve with our pretzels—between two slices of bread. The perfect finger food.
Included are chips and a pickle.
Meanwhile, the golf tournament will be on our big projection screen TV. So while you’re at Bierock, you can pretend you’re at Amen Corner at Augusta.
PLUS COCKTAILS & Beer
We’ll also be serving Azalea cocktails, named after the flower prominently seen on the golf course. Made with vodka, lemon and pineapple juice, lemonade, grenadine and lemon slice garnish, it’s the perfect pink tribute to spring.
Appropriately, we’ll also put on tap Par 3 Pale Ale by City Lights Brewing in Milwaukee during the tournament.
And we’ll make sure to have it on tap a day early during the Par 3 contest on Wednesday April 6.
Don’t forget that the first and second rounds will be wrapping up during Happy Hour at Bierock on Thursday Apr. 8 and Friday Apr. 9. From 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., customers will get $1 off all full-size drinks.
GET YOUR PIMENTO CHEESE SANDWICH
Customers can also order pimento cheese sandwiches and the rest of our menu online for takeout at bierock.square.site.
So stop on by, watch The Masters and grab some food and drink. We’ll have the rest of our full food menu available during the event.
Hideki Matsuyama is the reigning champion, but he’ll have plenty of competition to win back the Green Jacket this year.
Bierock opens at 3:00 p.m. on weekdays and 11:00 a.m. on weekends.
Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
