Bierocks

This is what we’re known for, a family recipe brought over from Europe by Volga German immigrants. They’re meat pies similar to pasties; fillings inside a freshly-baked yeasted dough. In layman’s terms, an upscale Hot Pocket.

All orders include kettle chips and a pickle. Customers can upgrade to potato salad or coleslaw for $1.50 or potato wedges for $2.00.

The Classic Bierock

The Classic—Stuffed with ground beef, sauerkraut and onion. With a side of mustard vinaigrette dipping sauce. $6.00

Classic with Cheese—Same as above with white cheddar. $6.50

Lamb Bierock

Rosemary Lamb—Stuffed with lamb, quinoa, lemon, dill. With a side of tzatziki dipping sauce. $7.25

Buffalo Chicken Bierock

Buffalo Chicken—Stuffed with chicken thighs, mozzarella cheese and Frank’s Red Hot sauce. With a side of bleu cheese dipping sauce. $7.00

Tofu & Kimchi Bierock

Tofu & Kimchi—Stuffed with tofu, kimchi, cauliflower. With a side of peanut dipping sauce. $6.75

Southwest Bierock

Southwest—Stuffed with seasoned ground beef, onions, peppers and pickled jalapenos. With a side of salsa and sour cream. $6.50

Southwest with Cheese—Same as above with White Cheddar. $7.00

Weekends Only

Breakfast Bierocks—Both versions made with eggs, tomatoes, onions, peppers and white cheddar cheese. With a side of smoked gouda dipping sauce.

Deluxe Breakfast Bierock.

Deluxe Breakfast—In addition to the ingredients listed above, comes with bacon, ham and sausage.

Vegetarian Breakfast Bierock

Burgers

Made with ground beef from Jenifer Street Market here in Madison. Like our bierocks, all burgers include kettle chips and a pickle. Customers can upgrade to potato salad or coleslaw for $1.50 or potato wedges for $2.00.

Pub Burger with Cheese

Pub Burger—1/3 pound patty on a beer pub bun. $7.00

Make it a cheeseburger for an extra $0.50. Add lettuce, tomato and onion for an extra $0.25.

Rock Burger

Bierock Burger—1/3 pound patty on a pretzel bun. Lettuce, tomato, onion, smoked gouda and burger sauce all included. $9.00
