In honor of American Craft Beer Week, Bierock is hosting its second consecutive Peanut Butter & Jelly Night on Thursday May 13.

Featured will be the limited-release Peanut Butter & Jelly Imperial Stout by Untitled Art in Waunakee.

The last time Bierock celebrated Craft Beer Week in 2019, it combined a peanut butter stout with a fruited ale.

This time around, the peanut butter and jelly are combined all at once by Untitled Art.

According to the brewery, it’s made with strawberry, raspberry, black currant, cacao nibs, peanut butter powder and milk sugar. It checks in at 11.0% ABV and will be served in a goblet.

Additionally, Bierock will be selling house-made peanut butter and jelly sandwich cookies.

This dessert treat features two traditional peanut butter cookies with a raspberry cream cheese filling stuffed between.

Customers can pair the cookie with the beer or eat it all on its own.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Night is one of six straight days of events at Bierock during American Craft Beer Week. The full lineup of events and special tappings can be found here.

The full food and drink menu will still be available the night of the event.

At the time of publication Bierock is limited to 50% indoor capacity but has additional full outdoor seating available.

Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
