One of our popular limited-release bierocks is set to reappear on Thursday May 6 when Ham & Swiss makes its triumphant return.
Stuffed inside a freshly-baked dough, it’s made with a boneless, smoked old fashioned pit ham, swiss cheese and served with our mustard vinaigrette dipping sauce.
Like all our savory bierocks, it comes with chips and a pickle. Or customers can upgrade to potato wedges, potato salad or coleslaw.
Just like we temporarily brought back the Reuben in March, consider this an attempt to offer a more diverse and rotating menu option for our patrons.
How long will Ham & Swiss remain on the menu? That’s a question we can’t accurately answer.
We’re making enough to last more than a day. But low long Ham & Swiss sticks around depends on how popular it is.
So make sure to get yours sooner rather than later.
Bierock is currently limited to 50% indoor capacity but has additional full outdoor seating available.
Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
