Packer Fest at Bierock is almost upon us, so to help you plan, here is the full schedule of events.
Doors open at 10:00 a.m. as we tap five kegs of beer from Green Bay’s Badger State Brewing.
The day’s featured tap list includes:
- Mean Green IPA
- Green Chop Session IPA
- On Wisconsin! Red Ale
- Grassy Place Hazy IPA
- Chile Gordo Smoked Jalapeno Porter
Our signature Tailgate Bierock will also make its debut as Bierock opens. Stuffed with bratwurst, cheese curds and sauerkraut, it will only be served on Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers game days until the end of the season.
Served on the side will be a green-and-gold combination of sweet pickles and yellow mustard.
From 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., former Packers tight end and Super Bowl champion Tom Crabtree will sign autographs for fans.
In order to secure Crabtree’s autograph, vouchers will continue to be sold behind the bar at Bierock up to and including the day of the event until sold out.
One voucher entitles the holder to one autograph. Fans are encouraged to bring in their own piece of memorabilia to be signed whether that’s a photo, football, jersey, shirt, football card, whatever. A limited number of 8X10 photographs will be sold the day of the event, and when they’re gone, they’re gone.
A maximum of 200 vouchers will be sold and those seeking an autograph without a voucher will be turned away.
Purchasing an autograph voucher will enter fans into a drawing for a pair of tickets to a Green Bay Packers game on Dec. 2, 2018 against the Arizona Cardinals at Lambeau Field.
The winner will be announced during Crabtree’s appearance on the Railbird Central podcast, starting at 4:30 p.m.
Railbird Central will be broadcast live in front of an in-house audience as Crabtree answers questions about the Packers and his own history playing for the team.
Fans do not need a voucher to enjoy the festivities surrounding Packer Fest, only to get an autograph.
Festivities wrap up with a replay of Super Bowl XLV on Bierock’s big screen starting at 6:00 p.m., although Bierock remains open until 2:00 a.m.
A pre-Packer Fest Watch Party will occur on Friday Aug. 24 as the Green Bay Packers travel to take on the Oakland Raiders in a preseason match-up, featuring a tapping of Titletown Brewing Company’s Dark Helmet Schwartzbier. Kickoff is at 9:30 p.m.
Only a few more days. Go Pack Go!
