As previously noted on our website, Bierock recently signed a lease to become the newest tenant at Madison’s Northside TownCenter.

Helping Bierock find its new home was Bunbury & Associates Realtors, and in particular, agent Jason Needham of their Middleton office.

It took many hours of online research, phone calls and trips to potential sites to find the perfect spot for our business, but thanks to Needham and company, the deed is done.

What started off as a letter of intent ended in a lease signed in December with an anticipated opening date in the spring of 2018.

We’re pleased to have worked with Bunbury & Associates to fill our commercial real estate needs, and now it’s time to begin the process of opening of a tavern.
