Bierock is once again taking part in Madison Burger Week from May 17–24, 2024 presented by the Cap Times.

And we’re debuting a special burger just for the occasion.

Get ready to try the Meat Sweats Burger.

Created by Chef Cordel, it starts with a third-pound all-beef patty from Jenifer Street Market.

Then it’s topped with smoked beef brisket, a bacon jam barbecue sauce, sharp cheddar and crispy fried onions.

It’s served on a pretzel bun and comes with the customer’s choice of side: Chips and a pickle, slaw, potato salad, potato wedges or soup.

After you confirm it’s the best burger in town, go to the Cap Times to cast your vote.

Bierock is gaining momentum as a burger destination after making the Final Four in the Lake Louie Burger Bracket earlier this year.
