Bierock is confident it serves the best restaurant-made pretzel in Madison.

Sure, there are other restaurants that serve pretzels made by a bakery. But Bierock is one of the very few that takes the time and effort to create something delicious made in house.
So it only makes sense that on National Pretzel Day, we celebrate this twisted treat on Wednesday April 26.
For the first time, Bierock will be serving four different pretzel flavors!
Our classic pretzel is buttered, salted and served with a side of our house-made pimento cheese dipping sauce.
We’ll also serve a sweet, dessert version that will be topped with cinnamon and sugar and served with a side of cream cheese frosting to dip.
Meanwhile,we’ve got two pretzels developed by Chef Cordel.
The first is our Jalapeño Popper Pretzel. It will be topped with cheddar cheese and served with a Jalapeño Popper dip.
Then we’re debuting an Everything Bagel Pretzel with a cream cheese and chive dip.
Get one or all four, whatever suits your fancy.
