Football Watch Parties: The Tailgate Bierock Returns

The Tailgate Bierock is set to make its triumphant return as football season gets underway in the state of Wisconsin.

With Badgers and Packers games on Saturday September 11 and Sunday September 12, the Tailgate will be back on the menu on those dates with Watch Parties being held.

Stuffed with bratwurst, cheese curds and sauerkraut, the Tailgate Bierock is the perfect accompaniment to watching a game on the gridiron.

The Tailgate Bierock will return to the menu only on weekends with Badgers and Packers games all football season long.

Bierock partners with local providers to create the Tailgate. Beer brats come from our neighbors at Beef Butter BBQ with cheese curds sourced from Farmer Johns’ in Dodgeville.

On Saturday Sept. 11, the Wisconsin Badgers host Eastern Michigan in their non-conference opener. Kickoff is at 6:00 p.m.

Next up is the Green Bay Packers season opener on Sunday Sept. 12 against the New Orleans Saints. The game is being held on a neutral site in Jacksonville, Fla. with kickoff at 3:25 p.m.

Both games will be on our big projection screen TV so customers can pretend they’re sitting on the 50-yards line.

Bierock is an officially recognized Packers bar by the team itself. Watch parties are held for every game.

Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter, across the street from Warner Park.
