Public Domain Movie Night: Last Woman on Earth

Get ready for another movie that’s so bad, it’s good.

The first Tuesday of every month is Public Domain Movie Night at Bierock.

Bierock will host a screening of Last Woman on Earth on Tuesday July 6.

Last Woman on Earth is a science fiction drama from 1960 produced and directed by Roger Corman.

Turner Classic Movies describes the plot…

Ev; her husband, Harold; and their lawyer friend, Martin, are skindiving while on vacation in Puerto Rico. When they resurface, they gradually conclude that an unexplained, temporary interruption of oxygen has killed everyone on the island – maybe in the world!

Movie start time is at 8:00 p.m. Doors close at 10:00 p.m.

Tuesday July 6 marks the first Public Domain Movie Night event since Dane County lifted all orders requiring masking and social distancing for vaccinated persons.

Bierock offers full indoor capacity with additional full outdoor seating available, although the movie cannot be viewed outside.

Bierock’s full food and drink menu are available the night of the event.

Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
