Substitute Jinja Fest with Vintage Brewing Co.

In celebration of American Craft Beer Week, Bierock is hosting the Substitute Jinja Fest on Saturday May 15 featuring Vintage Brewing Company’s Jinja Ninja.

Jinja Fest is an annual celebration at Vintage Brewing Company where they debut their seasonal release each spring.

Unfortunately cancelled due to Covid-19, Bierock is here to pick up the slack. We secured a couple kegs and are offering it at Happy Hour prices from Noon to 6:00 p.m.

A fan favorite, Jinja Ninja is only available for a limited time.

Vintage describes the beer as follows…

Our spelt-based, ginger-laced amber double witbier is full of ancient grain wisdom & armed with a zesty fresh ginger kick. Jinja Ninja is here to vanquish the foe—beer boredom!

Jinja Ninja checks in at 7.3% ABV and just 10 IBUs.

We are also tapping a keg of Vintage’s Key Lime Wit for the occasion. This Belgian-style wheat ale is made with real key lime juice and natural key lime essence. It is a sessionable 5.1% ABV and 11 IBUs.

Substitute Jinja Fest is part of a series of six straight days of events during American Craft Beer Week. See the full lineup of events and special tappings here.

Bierock’s full food and drink menu will be available the day of the event.

At the time of publication, Bierock is limited to 50% indoor capacity but has additional full outdoor seating available.

Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
