On St. Patrick’s Day in Madison, we hit the trifecta at Bierock: Irish-inspired beer, whiskey and corned beef.
On Wednesday March 17, Bierock bar and restaurant is the place to be for food and drinks.
FOOD & DRINKS
To start, we will be bringing back our popular Reuben Bierock for a limited time.
Stuffed with corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese, it’s all wrapped inside a freshly-baked dough and served with a side of house-made Russian dressing dipping sauce.
As for drinks, we’ll be featuring an Irish-inspired beer: Johnny Blood Red by Titletown Brewing Company in Green Bay.
“Rich caramel malts and a touch of roasted barley create the distinctive flavor of this Irish Style Red Ale,” according to the brewery.
The beer won a silver medal for an Irish-Style Red Ale at the 2015 Great American Beer Festival.
We’ll also have Jameson Irish whiskey on special for both shots and mixers as well.
ST. PATRICK’S DAY IN MADISON
Bierock will have its full food and drink menu available on St. Patrick’s Day.
Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
See you on Wed. Mar. 17. Sláinte!
