It should be prefaced that this is tentative.
But if allowed by Public Health of Madison and Dane County and its “Forward Dane” plan, Bierock will re-open as soon as Tuesday May 26.
Assuming all metrics are met, Bierock will open its doors at 3:00 p.m.
Until further notice, Bierock will adhere to its new hours adjusted during the COVID-19 pandemic, opening at 3:00 p.m. on weekdays, 11:00 a.m. on weekends and closing at 8:30 p.m. every day.
Perhaps the best news, Bierock will open its outdoor patio seating for the season to coincide with the phased re-opening.
There is room for four tables and 16 individuals on our patio space.
Customers will have to adhere to 25% of indoor capacity during Phase 1 per local ordinance, maintaining at least six feet between households and no more than groups of six per table.
If necessary, customers may have to wait outside or in the parking lot until space opens up.
One more fun piece of news is that patrons will also be able to redeem the coupons—upon re-opening—that were given with takeout and delivery parcels since the “Safer at Home” order was issued.
Bierock will comply with requirements that include cleaning procedures and employees wearing personal protective equipment, including face masks and gloves.
Takeout, delivery and curbside pick-up will still be available, as usual. We suggest customers place an order at our new takeout website.
We are excited to serve our customers again in a safe environment. Everything is subject to change, but we hope to see you soon.
