On Saturday Jan. 12, Bierock will debut its new menu item—the Breakfast Bierock.
Available on weekends only (Saturdays and Sundays), there will be two options available to customers.
The Deluxe version will include scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, cheddar cheese, onions, red peppers and tomatoes.
Meanwhile, the Vegetarian version will include scrambled eggs, spinach, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, onions, red peppers and tomatoes.
Both Deluxe and Vegetarian options will be accompanied by an Asiago cheese dipping sauce.
Just like all of the bierocks on the menu, ingredients are wrapped inside a freshly-baked dough and can be made gluten sensitive.
The restaurant and bar opens at 10:00 a.m. on the weekends, and the Breakfast Bierock will be available all day long.
The Breakfast Bierock is the latest expansion of the restaurant’s food menu. Since opening in July of 2018, Bierock has already added six new menu items to its solid core of offerings.
Recent additions include the highly popular made-from-scratch soft pretzels with pimento cheese dip and potato wedges.
Two dessert items were also added to the menu. The baked-to-perfection caramel apple bierock and chocolate-topped peanut butter Rice Krispie bars make a nice complement to a lunch or dinner meal.
In addition to the Breakfast Bierock, the Tailgate Bierock—made with bratwurst, cheese curds and sauerkraut—is set to appear on the menu on Super Bowl Sunday.
