Public Domain Movie Night: A Bucket of Blood

The first Tuesday of every month is Public Domain Movie Night at Bierock.

On Tuesday October 6, Bierock hosts a screening of A Bucket of Blood.

This black comedy horror from 1959 was directed by Roger Corman and stars Dick Miller of Little Shop of Horrors fame.

The brief synopsis from Turner Classic Movies sets the scene…

A busboy at a beatnik coffeehouse longs to be accepted by the artists who hang out there. After accidently killing a cat, he covers it with clay, and it’s hailed as a masterpiece. Soon, he’s resorting to murder to perpetuate his newfound success.

Admission is free and open to the public.

Bierock’s full food and drink menu are available the night of the event.

Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
