On Thursday September 10–the first Thursday after Labor Day–Bierock hosts its 3nd annual Mini Malört Fest, featuring the bitter Swedish-inspired liqueur made in Chicago.

- One bottle of Barrel Aged Malört! When it’s gone, it’s gone!
- Signature Cocktail: The Malört High Ball
- Chicago Handshakes with cans of Old Style and a shot of Malört
- Chicago-Style Hot Dogs with optional Malört-infused sport peppers
Thursdays are the day for our Sausage of the Week. It only makes sense during Malört Fest to feature a food with a nod to Chicago, so we’re serving Chicago-style hot dogs on a bun.
Sales start when doors open at 3:00 p.m. and close at Midnight.
Bierock’s full food and beer menu will still be available the day of the event.
It’s Taylor’s favorite day of the year.
