An annual tradition in the city, Make Music Madison takes place following the summer solstice on the longest full day of the year. It’s part of International Make Music Day, which takes place in over 1,000 cities in 120 countries.

In the past, over 1,000 musicians have taken part in more than 380 shows at more than 100 venues in Madison alone.

The performance schedule at Bierock is as follows…

  • 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Rum Daisy—Indie Rock, Funk, Experimental
  • 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Get Well Now—Indie Rock, Alternative

Our Flag Means ROCK are an acoustic duo/tribute band for the beloved, gone-too-soon pirate romcom masterpiece, Our Flag Means Death. Our setlist features songs from and inspired by the show. The members of Our Flag Means ROCK are gals in bookish nerd professions who met when they were five and who have been making up goofy lyrics to songs since approximately 1993.

Bangs & Glasses are a versatile duo with rich harmonies and fresh takes on your favorites new and old. Let Natalie’s voice put a spell on you while Nick grooves on piano and acoustic guitar.

Formerly known as Devil’s Fen, Disheveled Hen is a reimagined trio of professional musicians looking to relive their regional touring days for a one-day reunion performance. Mark (Drums), Trent (Guitar), and Parker (Bass) perform both originals and covers from groups like Tom Petty, The Police, and Stevie Wonder.

Rum Daisy is an improvisation-based trio featuring drums, bass, and guitar. Good vibes, dance friendly, chill ready.

Get Well Now is a five-piece indie rock band formed in Madison, WI in mid-2024. Since then, they’ve released their debut EP, “Let’s Go Friggin’ Dancing,” and perform regularly in the Madison area. Members include Jake Belongia, Will Dark, Logan Romberger, Nathan Tesman, and Jeremy Wisbey.

Bierock will have its full food and drink menu available the day of the event.

There is no cover charge but tipping the musicians is encouraged.

Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
