On Wednesday August 13, Bierock is hosting Beer Bingo featuring Wisconsin’s own Lakefront Brewery.
Bingo begins at 6:30 p.m. and lasts roughly two hours.
It’s free to play. Customers will receive a bingo card, good for several rounds. Prizes include various beer-related giveaways, brewery SWAG, free pours and other esoteric awards like B-movie DVDs and erotic novels.
A representative from Lakefront will be on hand to hand out samples, answer questions and socialize during the event.
Featured on Aug. 13 will be at least six beers on tap, including a seasonal offering. But we’ll make sure to have something hoppy, something light, something dark and something fruity.
Here’s the lineup and brewery descriptions for what we know what will be on tap…
Hazy Rabbit, Hazy IPA—Flaked oats give Hazy Rabbit its creamy mouthfeel, while heaps of Mosaic, El Dorado, Azacca, and Cashmere dry hops saturate every juicy swig with ripe citrus and tropical fruit flavors.
Nitro Creamsicle, Orange Cream Ale—Inspired by that frozen treat, this Orange Cream Ale has Sabro and Lotus hops, plus orange juice, for a citrusy-orange aroma and flavor. The combination of vanilla, rolled oats and nitro pour add up to a creamy mouthfeel.
Pumpkin Lager, Spiced Lager—Real pumpkin and pie spice join Munich and caramel malts in our brewhouse, then lager for four weeks in our cellar, and come together with all the flavors of a lush pumpkin pie.
Riverwest Stein, Amber Lager—Our flagship Amber Lager bears a medium body with a dash of caramel malt sweetness that’s quickly curbed by pleasing hop notes and a crisp lager finish.
Eastside Dark, Bavarian Dark Lager—Honoring the eclectic East Side, this Bohemian-style dark lager is a blend of three specialty grains, creating a rich, smooth, dark beer that anyone can enjoy. Our most award-winning beer of all time!
Beer Bingo takes place the second Wednesday of every month at Bierock as part of our Hump Day at Bierock series of events. Here’s the schedule…
