Dessert Day: Pina Colada Trifle

The fourth Wednesday of every month is Dessert Day at Bierock.

Each month Chef Cordel features a different dessert special to round out your dining experience.

For July’s Dessert Day, Bierock will be selling Pina Colada Trifles on Wednesday July 23 while supplies last.

This sweet treat will feature a rum-soaked sponge cake complemented by a coconut custard and pineapple compote.

It will then be topped with a coconut rum whipped cream and served in a layered cup similar to a parfait.

Sales begin as doors open at 3:00 p.m. This dessert is available for a limited-time only and there are no guarantees it’s available beyond May 22.
