Dessert Day: Strawberry Rhubarb Pastry

The fourth Wednesday of every month is Dessert Day at Bierock.

Each month Chef Cordel features a different dessert special to round out your dining experience.

For Junes’s Dessert Day, Bierock will be serving a Strawberry Rhubarb Pastry on Wednesday June 25 while supplies last.

It starts with a flaky puff pastry, the same we use with our savory Spinach Puffs.

But stuffed inside will be a filling pairing sweet and tart ingredients, strawberry and rhubarb.

Sales begin as doors open at 3:00 p.m. This dessert is available for a limited-time only and there are no guarantees it’s available beyond June 25.
