Bierock Eats the Racing Sausages!

Thursdays during the summer at Bierock, we offer a weekly Sausage of the Week.

And in the month of June, we’re eating Milwaukee’s famous Racing Sausages!

Chef Cordel is grilling the sausages, adding the appropriate condiments and accoutrements, and serving them on a bun.

The schedule stacks up as…

  • June 12: Italian Sausage

  • June 19: Polish Sausage

  • June 26: Chorizo Sausage

Like all of our entrées at Bierock, they come will chips and a pickle. Or upgrade your side to slaw, potato salad, potato wedges or soup.

And stay tuned for our Dog Days of Summer promotion in July as we offer up Chicago Dogs, Chili Dogs, Stadium Dogs and New York-Style Dogs.
