We know how to celebrate 608 Day at Bierock!

You know, the day that acknowledges our area code, June 8—6/08—get it?

Anyway, for one day and one day only, we’re offering our Classic Bierock for just $6.08.

It’s our family recipe stuffed with ground beef, sauerkraut and onion inside our freshly-baked bread dough.

Then it’s complemented by a house-made mustard vinaigrette.

And for this special occasion, we’re “pretzeling” our Classic Bierock, something we only do on special occasions like National Pretzel Day. We’re giving it that traditional pretzel skin and shine, topped with salt.

It comes with chips and a pickle by default. Or you can upgrade your side option to slaw, potato salad, potato wedges or soup.

On this day, we’ll also be tapping a keg of local favorite Lake Louie Warped Speed Scotch Ale to complement the bierocks. Get a pint of Warped Speed for $6.08 as well.

There are multiple sporting events happening on the Madison’s northside this day, so join us either before or after either event.

The first event is the final round of the American Family Insurance Championship, part of the PGA Champions tour stop being held down the road at TPC Wisconsin.

Meanwhile, the other event is Madison Mallards game being held across the street at Warner Park. First pitch is at 1:05 p.m.
