The fourth Wednesday of every month is Dessert Day at Bierock.
Each month Chef Cordel features a different dessert special to round out your dining experience.
For April’s Dessert Day, Bierock will be serving Baklava Pastries on Wednesday Apr. 23 while supplies last.
Our dessert is not traditional Baklava, but it is inspired by the Ottoman recipe. We add sweetened pistachios, walnuts and honey inside a puff pastry dough.
Sales begin as doors open at 3:00 p.m. This dessert is available for a limited-time only and there are no guarantees it’s available beyond March 26.
