The fourth Wednesday of every month is Dessert Day at Bierock.

Each month Chef Cordel features a different dessert special to round out your dining experience.

For February’s Dessert Day, Bierock will be serving Strawberry Cream Rolls on Wednesday Feb. 26 while supplies last.

For a point of reference, think of a Cinnamon Roll. This baked pastry will be accented with strawberry filling and topped with a vanilla glaze.

Sales begin as doors open at 3:00 p.m. This dessert is available for a limited-time only and there are no guarantees it’s available beyond February 26.
