The fourth Wednesday of every month is Dessert Day at Bierock.*
Each month Chef Cordel features a different dessert special to round out your dining experience.
For January’s Dessert Day, Bierock will be serving a Bananas Foster Bundt Cake on Wednesday Jan. 29 while supplies last.
This New Orleans-inspired recipe starts with a Vanilla Rum bundt cake.
It’s then topped with flambéed bananas made with Myers’s Dark Rum, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and a drizzle of caramel.
Sales begin as doors open at 3:00 p.m. This dessert is available for a limited-time only and there are no guarantees it’s available beyond January 29.

*Please note that because the first Wednesday of the month fell on New Year’s Day, the entire schedule was pushed back a week. Trivia takes place on the second Wednesday of the month, Beer Bingo on the third Wednesday, etc.
