If you’re not familiar, Surly Brewing Company in the Twin Cities makes a lager called “Before I Die.”

It’s a tongue-in-cheek reference to the Minnesota Vikings and their fans’ wishes to see the team win a Super Bowl … well, before hell freezes over.

So when the Green Bay Packers play the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday December 29, we’re going to tap a keg of Before I Die and toast to the Vikings’ futility.

Pints of Before I Die lager will be at Happy Hour pricing all game long.

Of course, Bierock will have the game on our big projection screen TV.

Kickoff is at 3:25 p.m.

And as customers have come to expect, there will be food specials on game days at Bierock as well.

It starts with the popular Tailgate Bierock back on the food menu and served all day long, not just during the game.

Freshly baked, it’s stuffed with brats, cheese curds and sauerkraut and served with a side of our house-made Sriracha Mayo.

Bierock is proud to partner with local business on this product. The brats are sourced from Northside neighbor Beef Butter BBQ while the cheese curds are from Carr Valley.

And don’t forget the complementary green and gold touchdown jello shots!
