Public Domain Movie Night: The Great Rupert

The first Tuesday of every month is Public Domain Movie Night at Bierock.

On Tuesday December 3—at the start of advent—Bierock will host a screening of The Great Rupert, a Christmas movie featuring an animated squirrel.

The Great Rupert is a comedy from 1950 featuring a combination of live action and stop-action animation.

The brief synopsis from Turner Classic Movies sets the scene…

A squirrel becomes the guardian angel for an impoverished family.

Movie start time is at 8:00 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.

Bierock’s full food and drink menu are available the night of the event.

Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
