The fourth Wednesday of every month is Dessert Day at Bierock.

Each month Chef Cordel features a different dessert special to round out your dining experience.

For September’s Dessert Day, Bierock will be serving Caramel Apple Bundt Cakes on Wednesday September 25 while supplies last.

Inspired by autumn and apple orchards, Cordel’s house-baked pound cake will feature a spiced apple flavor and caramel to complement.

Sales begin as doors open at 3:00 p.m. This dessert is available for a limited-time only and there are no guarantees it’s available beyond September 25.
