Dessert Day: Turtle Cheesecake Pastry

The fourth Wednesday of every month is Dessert Day at Bierock.

Each month Chef Cordel features a different dessert special to round out your dining experience.

For August’s Dessert Day, Bierock will be serving a Grasshopper Panna Cotta on Wednesday August 28 while supplies last.

It starts with a flaky puff pastry, the same we use with our savory Spinach Puffs.

Stuffed inside will be a cheesecake filling with the classic Turtle ingredients: Chocolate, pecans and caramel.

Sales begin as doors open at 3:00 p.m. This dessert is available for a limited-time only and there are no guarantees it’s available beyond August 28.
