On Thursday July 18 we’re serving Chicago Dogs.
This classic hot dog is topped with mustard, tomato, onion, sport peppers, pickle, sweet relish and celery salt.
Then one week later, Bierock is featuring Chili Dogs on Thursday July 25.
On this day a traditional hot dog is topped with a house-made chili and cheese made by Chef Cordel.
Appropriately, July 25 is National Chili Dog Day.
