The fourth Wednesday of every month is Dessert Day at Bierock.
Each month Chef Cordel features a different dessert special to round out your dining experience.
For June’s Dessert Day, Bierock will be serving a Grasshopper Panna Cotta on Wednesday June 26 while supplies last.
Inspired by the Grasshopper cocktail, this Italian-inspired dessert features Crème de menthe, sweetened cream and gelatin.
It’s then topped with a white chocolate ganache and served in a cup.
Sales begin as doors open at 3:00 p.m. This dessert is available for a limited-time only and there are no guarantees it’s available beyond June 26
