Dessert Day: Brandy Old Fashioned Trifle

The fourth Wednesday of every month is Dessert Day at Bierock.

Each month Chef Cordel features a different dessert special to round out your dining experience.

For May’s Dessert Day, Bierock will be selling Brandy Old Fashioned Trifles on Wednesday May 22 while supplies last.

Made with Korbel, this sweet treat will feature a brandy-soaked sponge cake complemented by an orange and maraschino cherry compote.

It will then be topped with an Angostura bitters whipped cream and served in a layered cup similar to a parfait.

Sales begin as doors open at 3:00 p.m. This dessert is available for a limited-time only and there are no guarantees it’s available beyond May 22.
