We make hand pies at Bierock every day.

So it only makes sense that we celebrate Pi Day on 3.14.

That’s right, math nerds unite on Thursday March 14, 2024.

Featured this particular day will be a dessert Blueberry Pie bierock. Stuffed with a traditional blueberry pie filling, it’s wrapped in our freshly-baked bread dough and topped with powdered sugar.

As for something a little more savory, we’re offering our Cottage Pie bierock. If you’ve heard of Shepherd’s Pie, this is similar.

But instead of lamb, our Cottage Pie bierock is stuffed with ground beef then complemented by mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, onions and seasoning.

And if that isn’t enough, we’re also featuring a pie-inspired beer as well.

On tap will be Cow Pie dessert stout by Potosi Brewing Company. According to Potosi…

Pecans, chocolate, caramel. It all comes together in this stout inspired by the world famous Cow Pie® from Baraboo Candy Company with an extra layer of roasted malt to create a smooth, creamy, delicious, chocolate stout.

It checks in at 6.0% ABV.

So join us for Pi Day at Bierock. Doors open at 3:00 p.m.

Bierock’s full food and beer menu will still be available the day of the event.
