The first Tuesday of every month is Public Domain Movie Night at Bierock.

On Tuesday November 7, Bierock will host a screening of Fear and Desire, an anti-war film from 1952.

It is Stanley Kubrick’s directorial debut in a feature-length film.

Four soldiers crash behind enemy lines.

A lieutenant and three soldiers make difficult decisions and must come to grips with their emotions in the face of war.

It will be a double-screening on Tuesday Nov. 7. After Fear and Desire, we’ll also show a screening of House on Haunted Hill.

Movie start time is at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.

Bierock’s full food and drink menu are available the night of the event.

Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
