Join us on two delicious dates as Bierock celebrates Shiner BBQ Week with a pint glass giveaway.

On Tuesday July 11 and Thursday July 13, Bierock will feature thirst quenching Shiner beer and pair it with our own barbecue food offerings.

For both dates, the first dozen customers that get both a Shiner beer and our featured barbecue will take home a Shiner-branded pint glass.

Highlighted on Tuesday July 11 will be our weekly bierock special, a BBQ Chicken bierock.

Another debut from Chef Cordel, this week’s bierock includes a house-made, Alabama-inspired white BBQ sauce.

Then on Thursday July 13, Bierock is adding a little flair to our weekly bratwurst special.

It starts with a Smokehouse BBQ bratwurst, made with smoked beef brisket, pork and chicken.

Next, the brats are given a bath in Shiner Bock beer. Then we’re creating a house-made beer and onion BBQ sauce made with the same Shiner Bock beer to complement the bratwurst.

The brats are sourced from our neighbors at Beef Butter BBQ, which are also coming directly from their smokers.

Both barbecue offerings from Bierock are served with chips and a pickle. Or customers can upgrade their side to slaw, potato salad or potato wedges.

For Shiner BBQ Week, Bierock will feature two beers from Spoetzl Brewing Company in Texas, and both of them are eligible for the pint glass giveaway.

First is the flagship Shiner Bock, a dark lager made with roasted barley malt.

But we also have the Shiner Sea Salt & Lime Summer Lager, brewed with real lime peel and artisanal sea salt for a crisp flavor and refreshing finish.
