Anyway, for the return of grilling season, we’re doing away (temporarily) with our weekly grilled cheese and soup special.

It’s time to bring back our Thursday bratwurst special. For one day and one day only, get our Tailgate Bratwurst for just $6.08!

That’s a traditional bratwurst sourced from Beef Butter BBQ, given a bath in Working Draft Brewing Company’s Above Ground Pool, an American Light Lager. That’s supporting two more 608 businesses right there!

We then complement it with a house-made beer cheese sauce made with Working Draft’s Above Ground Pool as well. And we throw in a Bavarian-seasoned sauerkraut with onion and caraway.

And it’s all served on a pretzel bun.

This is an in-house special only. No online orders accepted.

The Tailgate Bratwurst will be on special every Thursday through grilling season, albeit at a higher price than 608 Day.
