Get ready for bratwurst at Bierock.

Bierock is partnering with Beef Butter BBQ to feature a flavored brat of the week every Thursday starting January 27th.

The debut is a Mac & Cheese bratwurst, but different ingredients and flavors will be highlighted on a weekly basis.

Future editions include Mushroom & Swiss, Philly Cheese and more. The only limitations are the chef’s imagination.

Brats will be served on a bun with a side of sauerkraut. Condiments of ketchup and mustard will be provided.

By default the brats will be served with chips and a pickle, just like our bierocks and burgers. Or customers can upgrade their side to slaw, potato salad or potato wedges.

Stay tuned to Bierock’s social media for an announcement on the featured bratwurst in the ensuing weeks.

A limited number of brats will be available each week and can be purchased until sold out.

The Brat of the Week is an in-house only special or sold via phone takeout order for minimal contact. Brats will not be available via online purchase or for delivery. Maximum four per customer.

Sales will begin at 3:00 p.m. when doors open.

The full food and drink menu will still be available the day of the event.

Bierock is located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
