Bierock will expand its hours of operation and have an increased beer selection commencing Tuesday June 16.
This coincides with the order from Public Health Madison & Dane County as part of its Forward Dane plan that enters Phase 2.
Indoor seating increases to 50% of capacity while outdoor patio seating can remain full. Bierock’s outdoor space features four tables with enough chairs for 16.
Social distancing remains in effect with tables spaced six feet apart.
Under the new order, hours of operation will expand with closing time on weekends—Fridays and Saturdays—now at 10:00 p.m.
The kitchen will close at 8:30 p.m. everyday.
As part of the re-opening, Bierock will also grow its number of tap beer lines.
While not yet at full capacity, not all 24 lines are open. But the goal for the time being is to offer at least 12 beers on draught with a variety of styles for differing tastes.
Bierock remains committed to increased health policies among its employees and cleaning protocols.
Thanks for your support, and we hope to see you soon.
