Bierock bar and restaurant is the place to watch the Packers playoff game in Madison.
A watch party will be held Sunday January 12 with the game in the Divisional Round of the playoffs on our big projection screen TV. Kickoff is set for 6:40 p.m.
Green Bay’s opponent won’t be determined until after the Wild Card round is complete.
Just like the regular season, however, Bierock will have food and drink specials for customers.
Food & Drink Specials
A seasonal specialty, the Tailgate Bierock is served only on football game days and there aren’t many of those left.
As for drinks, we’ll have beers from Titletown Brewing Company at Happy Hour prices all game long.
And don’t forget the green and gold touchdown shots every time the Packers find paydirt and cross the goal line.
what’s at stake
With a win in the regular season finale at Detroit, the Packers finished with a 13-3 record (tied for the second-best record in the NFL) in Matt LaFleur’s first season as head coach.
The Packers also wrapped up the No. 2 seed in the NFC, earning them a bye in the playoffs and the right to host a game at Lambeau Field.
Potential opponents in the divisional round include the New Orleans Saints, Seattle Seahawks and Philadelphia Eagles.
One thing that’s certain is the Packers won’t play the Minnesota Vikings, who would play the San Francisco 49ers if they win.
The winner in the divisional round of the playoffs would advance to the NFC Championship game, which could potentially be held in Green Bay.
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers and company have work to do, however, after underperforming in spite of earning the No. 2 seed.
