Bierock bar and restaurant is where to find Belgian beer in Madison.
In our latest “Beer Feature” on Facebook Live, we highlight Rochambeau Belgian Pale Ale by local Vintage Brewing Company.
award-winning brewery
Vintage has been doing really good work of late as evidenced by the three awards at the 2019 Great American Beer Fest in Colorado, and that’s no small feat.
GABF is the country’s preeminent beer fest and competition.
Among the awards was Large Brewpub and Brewery of the Year, and that’s not to mention two more awards for individual beer styles.
The beer we’re highlighting in this space wasn’t one of Vintage’s gold medal winning beers, but Dedication Abbey Dubbel was. So you know they’ve got this Belgian thing down.
authentic belgian taste
Checking in at 5.8% ABV, Rochambeau is very approachable. And it has that unmistakable taste that comes from the Belgian yeast and fermentation process.
Made with imported malts, Rochambeau makes for an authentic and sessionable drinking experience.
Just make sure to get a pint while it’s still on tap. Bierock has 24 lines of rotating draught beer. While certain beers do return, it might be several months between appearances.
With representative styles on tap, Bierock is the place to find Belgian beer in Madison.
Bierock is located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave, part of the Northside TownCenter, across the street from Warner Park.
