Bierock bar and restaurant in Madison is where to watch Wisconsin vs. Minnesota in football.

Not only is Paul Bunyan’s Axe on the line, but the winner will also become Big Ten West champions and represent the division in the conference championship game against Ohio State.

Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m., and our Watch Party will have the game on our big projection screen television.

As usual, there will be food and drink specials for customers during the game.

On the food menu will be our Tailgate Bierock. It’s stuffed with brats from neighboring Beef Butter BBQ, cheese curds from Carr Valley in Middleton and caraway-seasoned sauerkraut. And it’s all inside a freshly-baked dough.

A seasonal specialty, the Tailgate Bierock is only available on football gamedays.

As for drinks, we have a special on Badger Club Amber from Wisconsin Brewing Company in Verona.

Bottles are available for $3 each or buckets of five for $12.

It’s a Border Battle, and there’s plenty on the line with ESPN’s College Gameday in attendance for the pregame show.

Doors to Bierock open at 11:00 a.m., and College Gameday will also be on the TV early before the game.
