St. Patrick’s Day 2026: Corned Beef, Guinness, Jameson & More!

On St. Patrick’s Day in Madison, we celebrate the only way we know how: With corned beef, drinks and more.

On Tuesday March 17, Bierock bar and restaurant is the place to be.

FOOD & DRINKS

To start, we will be bringing back our popular Reuben Bierock while supplies last.

Stuffed with corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese, it’s all wrapped inside our freshly-baked dough and served with a side of house-made Russian dressing dipping sauce.

As for drinks, we’ll be featuring a couple of Irish-inspired beers.

First up is Guinness, the iconic dry Irish stout on nitro.

The description reads, “Unmistakeably Guiness, from the first velvet sip to the last, lingering drop. And every deep-dark satisfying mouthful in between.”

We’ll also have Johnny Blood Red from Titletown Brewing in Green Bay.

According to the brewery, “Rich caramel malts and a touch of roasted barley create the distinctive flavor of this Irish Style Red Ale.”

We’ll also have Jameson Irish whiskey on special for both shots and mixers as well.

ST. PATRICK’S DAY IN MADISON

Bierock will still have its full food and drink menu available on St. Patrick’s Day.

And we’ll have an Irish-inspired musical playlist as a soundtrack to the day’s festivities.

Doors open at 3:00 p.m. We’ll have the opening First Four games of the NCAA basketball tournament on the big screen this day too.

Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.

See you on Tues. Mar. 17. Sláinte!
