The fourth Wednesday of every month is Dessert Day at Bierock.

Each month Chef Cordel features a different dessert special to round out your dining experience.

For October’s Dessert Day, Bierock will be selling Halloween-Themed Cookie Sandwiches on Wednesday October 22 while supplies last.

This sweet treat will feature freshly-baked cookies by Chef Cordel.

It will also have a cream-based filling with a fruity blood red center.

Sales begin as doors open at 3:00 p.m. This dessert is available for a limited-time only and there are no guarantees it’s available beyond October 22.
