The fourth Wednesday of every month is Dessert Day at Bierock.

Each month Chef Cordel features a different dessert special to round out your dining experience.

For April’s Dessert Day, Bierock will be selling Bourbon Red Velvet Brownies on Wednesday April 24.

Made with Bulleit Bourbon, this red-colored chocolate confection will have an icing on top and appeal to both your sense of taste and vision.

Sales begin as doors open at 3:00 p.m.
