Bierock is helping make the holidays a little more merry by offering unique gift bags for the first time.
Included in the bags are the following:
- Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale: You’ll receive a six-pack of the seasonal release from Chico, Cal. Celebration Ale is a fresh hop American style IPA made with the first hops harvested from the season. Made with Centennial, Cascade and Chinook hops, there are notes of pine, citrus and malty caramel.
- Bierock T-shirt: Coming in both unisex and women’s cuts, our signature t-shirt is a Next Level Apparel product, made in a soft-style blend of 60% cotton and 40% polyester. Our distinctive chocolate-and-gold color scheme shirt is available in a variety of sizes that will fit almost anyone.
- House-made chocolate turtles: If you’ve had our peanut butter rice krispie bar or apple bierock, you know how delicious our dessert is. We take our own in-house recipe for caramel, mix it with pecans and top it off with imported Callebaut Belgian chocolate and sea salt sprinkle. You’ll receive a small bag of these delectable treats.
Also included is the satisfaction you’ll feel by helping a small business impacted by the pandemic, unable to operate as usual.

There is a limited number of bags. Sales will cut off after 20 are sold.
Pick-up will take place the weekend before Christmas on Saturday Dec. 19 and Sunday Dec. 20. Bierock will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on those days.
