On Saturday July 11, 2026, Bierock will hold its 8th anniversary party.
Highlights include live music, a tap takeover and a bierock on special as voted upon by our customers.
LIVE MUSIC
Bierock is proud to present Only Lemons to headline the evening’s festivities.
Only Lemons, out of Dane County, provides vibrant and feel-good musical entertainment, blending the improvisational spirit of jam band music with the timeless sounds of classic rock, iconic tunes from the 80s and 90s, and a touch of modern rock.
Their goal is simple: to create enjoyable musical experiences and positive vibes for everyone who comes to listen.
Music gets underway at 8:00 p.m., and there is no cover charge to customers, although tips are appreciated.
BEER FEATURE
Appropriately, Bierock will feature a beer feature by Dogfish Head.
It’s kind of a Grateful Dead theme for the day. Dogfish Head makes Grateful Dead Pale Ale. Only Lemons will be playing some Dead tunes. And we’ll have some branded swag as giveaways for customers!

SPECIAL BIEROCK
On July 11, we’re also featuring a special bierock.
Over the years we roll out a special bierock on a weekly basis that is not part of our full-time menu.
We picked four of the most popular to choose from and let our customers vote. The winner will be served on July 11.
The results of the vote will be shared about a week out, but here are the candidates…
- Pierogi Bierock w/ potatoes, broccoli, cheese & chive sour cream dip
- Chicken Pesto Bierock w/ roasted chicken, bacon, tomatoes & herb mayo dip
- Cottage Pie Bierock w/ ground beef, mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, onions & gravy dip
- Chicken Bacon Ranch Bierock w/ roasted chicken, bacon, Mozzarella & chive ranch dip
Customers can vote for the winner.
Whatever the winner, expect what you’ve come to know and love: a filling stuffed in our sweet bread dough and served with our own house-made dipping sauce.
It will only be available while supplies last, so don’t delay.
Doors open at 11:00 a.m. and we’ll be open through midnight.
Bierock will still have its full food and drink menu the day of the event.
Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
