On Thursday September 4–the Thursday after Labor Day–Bierock hosts its 2nd annual Mini Malört Fest, featuring the bitter Swedish-inspired liqueur made in Chicago.

- Signature Cocktail: The Malört High Ball
- Chef Cordel’s Malört-Infused Dessert
- Chicago Handshakes with cans of Old Style and a shot of Malört
Thursdays are also the day for our Sausage of the Week. It only makes sense during Malört Fest to feature a food with a nod to Chicago, so we’re serving Maxwell Street-style Polish sausages. They pair perfectly with a shot of Malört.
Sales start when doors open at 3:00 p.m. and close at Midnight.
Bierock’s full food and beer menu will still be available the day of the event.
