Our schedule for the Sausage of the Week is now published for the month of August and the early part of September 2025.
There’s a couple special events that pair with our Sausages of the Week.
- Thursday August 7: National IPA Day–We’ve got a keg of Rhinegeist Truth IPA that we’re pairing with an Italian Sausage!
- Thursday August 14: Miller High Life Thursday–We’re giving away some High Life swag. Pair one with our Currywurst.
- Thursday August 28: Wisconsin Badgers Football Season Opener–Get a chicken bratwurst from neighboring Beef Butter BBQ to kick off football season.
- Thursday September 4: Mini Malört Fest–It only makes sense to serve a Chicago-style Maxwell Street Polish Sausage to serve alongside Malört.
