Dessert Day: Pina Colada Bundt Cakes

The fourth Wednesday of every month is becoming Dessert Day at Bierock.

Every month Chef Cordel will be featuring a different dessert special to round out your dining experience.

For the inaugural Dessert Day, Bierock will be selling Pina Colada Bundt Cakes on Wednesday March 27.

Made with Myers Dark Rum, these moist donut-shaped cakes will be topped with frosting, coconut flakes and a cherry garnish on top.

Sales begin as doors open at 3:00 p.m.
